At 9am on Saturday, October 3rd, White Oak Land Conservation Society will celebrate the official opening of this beautiful 132-acre open space, preserved in perpetuity thanks to a generous donation by the Striar family. Hassunnek Hill connects to the Spring Ledge Farm and Puffer Heininger Woods properties, creating an even larger open space for all to enjoy.
Please join us! We’ll meet at the cul-de-sac end of Fisher Road, about 1 mile off of Salisbury Street. After a brief ceremony, White Oak Board members will lead a short hike on one of the trails.
